  • The psychology of change. What happens in the human brain during change and why so many change initiatives unintentionally trigger resistance.
  • The SHIFT framework. A behavioural model that helps leaders shape change experiences that people can absorb, understand and act upon.
  • Practical planning! How to apply the SHIFT framework to a current or upcoming initiative in your organisation. We'll focus on a fictional scenario, similar to something relevant to your business.
  • Common traps. Why most change efforts falter and how to avoid the usual pitfalls.
  • Share language. We introduce key concepts and cues your team can use to talk about change more clearly and effectively across your business.
