Each workshop has been crafted to give your leaders and teams a lift in change capability and provide clear takeaways that can be implemented straight away. They're fast, dynamic, interactive and rooted in behavioural science.
Sessions are all designed to go for a total of 2 hours.

- A short pre-session pulse survey (3 - 5 questions) so the workshop lands where your team needs it to.
- 2 hour live workshop led by a change and behavioural practitioner from Acres Dynamics.
- Interactive facilitated exercises and real-time practice so learning is embodied.

How long do the workshops go for?#
Each workshop is designed to go for 2 hours. They include time for brainstorming, activities and reflection at the end.
Are they delivered in-person or virtually?#
We can do both!
Physical delivery: Our workshop facilitator is located on the Gold Coast, Queensland. If you are located around the Gold Coast / Brisbane region we can deliver the workshop in-person without you incurring any additional costs. If you are located outside of that region, travel and accommodation costs will be incurred.
Virtual delivery: We can deliver virtually to anywhere across Australia.
